Original tab

The home tab is all the items that are collected and displayed on the first page you see every time you log in to the app.


In detail, the modules that are displayed on the CloudTPro Home page, entitled "General tab" are:

Announcements

The first section always displays the active announcements that you have chosen to show in your customer categories.

To modify or disable your notifications, you need to select Settings->Notifications.


Customer/message & user limit reports

The next section contains summary information about the total number of registered customers, new customers on your platform, total number of messages and user limits for the package you have selected. Filters are available for viewing new customers and messages to get a better view by time period:

Work ending today

Current tasks are shown, which have a deadline of today's date.


Work not completed

All tasks that have not yet been processed by your accounting office administrators are displayed.

It is possible to view tasks on or off deadline or view incomplete tasks per manager.


Open recruitment

Shown are all recruitments that your clients have requested to be completed and have not yet been completed by your accounting firm.


Latest messages

In the "Recent messages" table, the most recent messages that your clients have sent to your accounting office are displayed.


Last entries

The Recent Entries table makes it easy for you to refer to the most recent actions in the application, showing the action category, title and the customer concerned.

In the Tasks Expiring Today and Unfinished Tasks tables, the Super Admin of the application has access to all tasks, unlike the administrators/employees of the accounting office, who see their own tasks.
