Recruitment
Organise all your clients' recruitment requests and gather all the data required for their staff in one section.
The recruitment section displays all the requests your clients have made for new hires in their businesses, as well as the status of each request from your accounting department regarding the particular hire (pending or completed).
Create Recruitment
The entry of a new hire is created by your customer, within their own CloudT environment. During the creation, he fills in all the necessary fields required in the relevant form.
For each new recruitment request you will be notified by email in the following format:
In the general tab (Home page of the application) there is a table with the recruitment requests that have not been completed (Open recruitment), so you can see at a glance the pending recruitments.
In the recruitment list, you can use the filters to search by the name of the employee being recruited or by your accounting client.
Completion of Recruitment
To change the status of an intake as complete:
- Select "Edit"
- Open the "Status"
- Select "Completed"
- Press "Save"
Information on a new recruitment request
If you want to be informed about all recruitment requests received by your accounting office, you can activate the function by following the steps below:
- From the Settings > My account section
- Press "Edit"
- Select "Receive recruitment notifications"
- Press "Save"
Informing a manager of a new recruitment request
You can specify which managers from your staff will receive new recruitment requests from your clients.
To select the Administrators who will receive updates:
- From the Settings>Administrators section
- Select the administrator you want and click "Edit"
- Select "Receive recruitment notifications"
- Press "Save"
