The following steps will help you complete your registration successfully.


To get started, go to: https://billing.cloudt.gr/register


In the Subscription field you select:

  • The duration of your subscription (monthly or annual)
  • Your desired package, based on the total number of users you want.
Annual subscription plans are given a 30-day trial period at no charge. The fee is automatically charged (activated) 30 days after registration if there is no unregistration from the subscription and payment platform.
  • You fill in your business profile information , billing information as well as billing information.
  • Administrators and clients will connect to the sub domain to log in to your online accounting office. It would be quite useful if the sub domain you choose refers to the name of your accounting firm.

Example:

If the accountant's last name is "Velivasakis", it is advisable to choose the sub-domain "velivasakis", as in the following example.

In this way, customers and administrators of the online accounting will use the following address to access the Online Accounting:

https://velivasakis.cloudt.gr

The password you enter is for your access to the Subscription Manager

The last step to complete your registration is to enter your card details

  • Enter your card details and select whether you agree with the terms of use and privacy policy
  • Even if you have chosen the annual plan with a 30-day trial, your bank will ask you for transaction approval. In this case, as you will see from the bank's notification, the amount is €0 - you will not be charged .
  • If your registration is successful, you will be automatically redirected to the Subscription Management
