Job entry

CloudT enables you to easily and efficiently organize the work requests you have received from your customers by registering a new job.

To register a new job:

  • From the Menu select "Tasks"
  • Click on "Create"
  • Fill in the form details
  • Click "Create" or "Save and add new" if you wish to add another task.


Mandatory entry fields

To register a job, the following mandatory fields must be filled in:

  • Title
  • Customer / Contact
  • Responsible
  • Deadline

Two days before the end of a task, the task manager receives an email notification. When the task is completed, both the customer and the employee who registered the task receive an email notification.

To create an internal task that only concerns your accounting office and not a task concerning a client, select "No client/contact"

Important entry fields

Sub-tasks: CloudT gives you the ability to add subtasks that relate to a specific task and are necessary to complete it. You can monitor their progress through the table or by viewing them, while editing them is done through the task tab.

Immediate repayment: As long as the client/contact pays for the work directly when entering it, the payment is transferred directly to his/her tab.

Status: From the moment of its creation, a task remains in progress until we change its status to "completed" or "canceled". There is also the option to put it on hold. The client is automatically notified only when a task is created and terminated.

Estimated time (minutes): during or when a task is completed, you can note the time (in minutes) you spent on that task. This way, task reports will contain useful information about task completion times.
