Task reports per administrator

Monitor the productivity of your staff, the current status of their work and evaluate their performance with simple procedures.


In the Reports/Tasks section you can see the table with the staff of your accounting office, the total number of tasks each person has undertaken and their completion status.

Clicking on the number of tasks of each administrator displays a detailed list of the tasks in the corresponding state.


The list shows:

  • Job title
  • The client or contact involved in the work
  • Estimated time of work (in minutes)
  • Subtasks
  • Deadline for completion of works

This feature helps you to identify the pending tasks of all managers in a timely manner, so that they can be completed within the deadline and your customers can be served in a timely manner.

Finally, you can filter the list of the task report based on the administrator who defined the tasks.

You can select "Show only tasks I have created" to see only the ones you have assigned or select an administrator from the creator filter to see what other administrators have assigned to each other.
