Job reports using filters

Here are indicative examples of reports using the filters from the ''Tasks'' section

Pricing of work

  1. From the filters at the top right of the table and the list called BILLING STATUS, select "Pending" to display all the jobs that are pending billing.
  2. Select the filters icon again and set the time period you are interested in from the list called "PROCESSING DATE" (e.g. current month etc.)

If you want to see the tasks that have not been invoiced in the current month, your first choice in the calendar should be the 1st of the month and the second should be today's date.

While the table automatically displays all invoices that are pending, you can additionally select "Completed" from the "INVOICE STATUS" to display the completed tasks that have not yet been invoiced by your accounting department to your customers.

Statement of work

Filters help you to quickly and easily search your tasks and get a complete overview of their status.

For example, if you want to see the current tasks that are in progress, open the filters and in "STATUS" select "In progress".

Another way to make it easy and quick to search your tasks is to sort them in columns.

For example, if you want to see which tasks are due based on their due date (task deadline), click on the"DEADLINE" column and all tasks will be automatically sorted based on the closest due date.

What work of a specific category is in progress? (e.g. the EFKA)

  1. First you must have created this Task Category or Task Project, from the Settings/Categories section.
  2. From the filters at the top right of the table with the list of projects, select your desired category from the PROJECT CATEGORIES or PROJECTS (e.g. EFKA)
  3. Select again the icon with the filters on the top right and from the list called "STATUS", select "In progress".
  4. In the same way as described above, you can select and export to a .pdf file the list of selected tasks.

You can use this type of report for any category of work, such as organisations (EFKA, OAED, DOU etc.) or departments of your accounting office (e.g. Payroll, Recruitment etc.)

How much time we spent on a particular customer/contact.

In addition, you can export reports in .pdf format, per client and per selected period of time, exporting the total time that your accounting office staff has spent on their work.

  • By pressing the "▢⌄" arrow you can "Select all"

To export the report, from the filters at the top right of the table:
