In the following section you will learn how to initially log in and access your account in Subscription Management


The first login to Subscription Manager

Going to the home page of the Subscription Management, is automatically done once your registration is complete.

To view all the features of your subscription, as well as all payment and billing details, click on the "Manage Subscription" button or select a subcategory from the menu at the top.

In Subscription Management, you have a full view of your profile and the information you entered during your registration, as well as all the financial details of your subscription. It is also possible to add a photo to your profile, e.g. your company logo.

If you wish to modify your invoicing details, this can be done from the "Invoices" section, by filling in the new invoicing details and clicking "Update".

In case you wish to change any of the basic details of your account, such as name, organization name or subdomain, you will need to send a request to the email [email protected] with the subject"Change of Details".

Access to Subscription Management

Access to the Subscription Manager is provided:

  • From the CloudT Pro platform, via the main menu in CloudT Pro.
