Password reset

If you forgot your password in Subscription Manager, you can easily reset it via email.


Follow the steps below:

  • You will receive an email from CloudT, with a reset link (If it is not in your inbox, please check your junk email folder)

Password reset link expires within 60 minutes

  • Click the "Reset password" button
  • Enter the email address you have registered with
  • Enter the new password, confirm it and select"Reset password" to complete the process.

For security and protection of your card details, Subscription Manager is an independent platform through which you manage your subscription and payments exclusively. 

The above instructions refer to your registration in the Subscription Manager and not to the reset of your CloudT Pro platform login code, which you set from the email you received during your registration.
