Change of subscription
The following steps will help you to successfully change or upgrade your subscription.
Change or upgrade subscription
To change or upgrade your subscription plan, follow the steps below:
- Go to the"Subscription" page. Your current subscription plan is the default.
- Choose Monthly or Annual subscription and the plan you want
- In a pop-up window the system asks you if you are sure about this change
- Complete the process by clicking "Yes, I'm sure"
When a package change is made, the extra charge is for the remaining days until the expiry of the subscription and not the original purchase amount.
Example:
Let's say you are on the annual Entry and 01/02/2023 you were charged 99€. On 08/08/2023, you wish to change your plan and join the annual Standard plan, which normally costs 550€.
You will not be charged €550, but you will be charged for the remaining days until the end of your annual subscription cycle (01/02/2024). The next charge with the total price of your new package will be on 01/02/2024.
In case of cancellation, the automatic renewal is stopped and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, where it is indicated on the first announcement on the subscription page.
