Activating an Administrator account

For an administrator to have access to CloudT Pro, the account must be activated by the administrator.


After completing the registration form for Add Administrator, the employee will receive an email from your electronic accounting department referring to the assignment of an administrator code and the activation of his/her account.

To activate his/her account, the employee-manager must follow the following steps:

  • Check your inbox or junk folder for the welcome email from CloudT
  • Selects "Set Password"
  • Sets the CloudT Pro password and repeats it for confirmation
  • Finally, select "Create Password"

The welcome email is automatically sent by the CloudT platform to the email you have registered during the administrator add process.

In case an administrator did not receive the email you can easily resend it in order to complete the registration.


To forward the email:

  • From the list of administrators, check the box in front of the administrator you wish to use
  • Tap the menu titled "Select action"
  • Select "Send welcome email" and in the pop-up window, select "Perform action".
In case you find that the administrator's email has been entered incorrectly, you can change it from "Edit administrator" and then forward the welcome email again

The administrator login to CloudT Pro is always done using the subdomain you selected during your registration (e.g. https://velivasakis. cloudt.gr)


Example:

If the accountant's last name is "Velivasakis, and the sub-domain "velivasakis" is selected, the administrators will use the following address to access the Online Accountant:

https://velivasakis.cloudt.gr
