Entry Functions

The module covers how to create and edit an entry for all modules on the platform, following the same procedure.


Add

In any section where no entries have yet been made, the initial addition of content can be done by selecting the "Create" button that appears in the main panel. Otherwise the entry option is always present at the top right of the tab.

In addition, to add a Document, Message or Customer, you have the option to quickly add them via the InfoBar at the top of each page.



Entry tab

In each section that includes information entry forms, the main elements are Title, Customer and Comments. Additional fields to be completed depending on the entry section are text and data upload. The mandatory fields requested by the system are always marked with a red asterisk.


At the end of each form there are options:

Cancel, to cancel the entry (or update) of the form.

Save and add new, to save the existing entry and create a new one

Create, to save your entry.


Quick buttons


Multiple choice: From the left side of the table we have the option to select either one or multiple elements of the table. By pressing the"▢⌄" arrow next to the first box, you can either select all entries or only those that match our selected filters.


File download: In those forms where there is a "Download" button, there are always downloaded files that you can save to your computer.


View: The "View" button, helps you to view the details of an entry such as the title, entry date, ID number and the actions that have been taken on the entry, such as its creation, update and which administrator made them.


Edit: When editing an entry, you can update data or add new data that you did not fill in when creating an entry.


Delete: by selecting one or more entries, you can delete one, multiple or even all entries.

Attention! Deletion is an irreversible operation and its data cannot be recovered.


Flash notifications

When an action is performed - such as "Save" or "Select Energy" - the corresponding system indicators are displayed.

In case of success the application informs the user with a green indicator and in case of an error the red indicator appears.

To complete the process correctly, please review the information you have filled in. Check that the fields marked with a red asterisk have been entered correctly as well as the user's email address in case of sending a newsletter email.
