Learn how to easily create income/expense ledgers for customers and have them updated automatically


Upload to .pdf files your clients' income/expense books, balance books or various transactions and automatically update them for this. The files always remain online in the corresponding tab of your client's platform so that they can find them again in the future, without having to contact you again.


Creating books

Select "Create" to open the new book registration page

To create a book:

  • Fill in "Title"
  • Select "Customer"
  • Click on "Send email to user" if you wish to be automatically notified to your customer
  • Choose which Book category the file you are uploading belongs to
  • Choose "Tax Period"
  • Upload the file by clicking "Add file"
  • Press "Create"

To add more files select "Add file" under the existing folder

The email notification to the customer can be sent after the entry, as long as you select the view of the entry and set "Send notification via email" from the "Action option"

Sending books to third parties

Send records of your customers' books to third parties without them having any access to the platform. If an institution or if an agency requests your customer books, you can send them directly from within CloudT Pro by following the steps below:


To send a book:

  • Select "view" in the book you wish to view
  • Press "Select action"
  • Select "Send files via email" and press the "▶"
  • Fill in the email to which you wish to send the file
  • Fill in Subject and Message (optional)
  • Tap "Perform action"
