Company documents

This tab helps to archive all your clients' key documents, so that they are collected in one section and can be easily located by you or your clients.


Company documents can be uploaded to the platform either by the accounting department or by your customers themselves. For their better management, categories have been created from the beginning, which can be managed only by you. If you or your clients want different categories, a modification will have to be made in the Settings/Categories/Categories of company documents section.


Adding corporate documents

To add a company document to a customer's tab:

  • Select "Create"
  • Fill in all the necessary information correctly
  • Make uploading the files
  • Press "Create"

Sending corporate documents to customers

If you wish your client to be informed by email about the corporate document you upload to the platform, you must select the option "Send email to user" when creating the entry. When you complete the addition, your client will receive an email notification of the new entry you have made with the option to download the files directly via email.

The email notification to the customer can be sent after the entry, as long as you select the view of the entry and set "Send notification via email" from the "Action option"

Sending corporate documents to third parties

A very useful feature that the platform gives you is the ability to send specific corporate documents of your clients to third parties. So if an entity or if an agency requests your corporate documents of your clients, you can send them directly through CloudT Pro by following the steps below:


  • Select "view" in the document you wish to view
  • Press "Select action"
  • Select "Send files via email"
  • Press the execute button "▶"
  • Fill in the details
  • Tap "Perform action"
