Task management

The task management system allows you at a glance, to know about all the tasks assigned to your accounting office staff.

With the integrated system provided by task management you can see:

  1. Which tasks are to be completed without missing deadlines
  2. What tasks are undertaken by each office worker
  3. View a detailed productivity report of your office

It is a basic requirement that you have initially registered all requests received by your office in the job registration section.

In the tasks section the admin can see all the tasks of the accounting office with details on their progress while each administrator is defaulted to see the tasks that concern him.

The task list displays the items:

  • Title
  • Customer/contact
  • Invoicing situation
  • Labour officer
  • Work status
  • Deadline
  • Subtasks
  • Estimated time of completion
  • Chargeable labour
  • Customer notification

You can also either export selected tasks to .pdf files or change the task status, for example from 'Waiting' or 'Work in progress'.
