What are customers
Clients of the application are defined as the clients of your accounting firm to whom you have given access to the CloudT platform.
Each customer occupies a user position from the available ones of the subscription plan you have selected.
The user category "Clients" refers to the clients of your accounting firm (individuals, natural or legal persons), who have chosen to have access to the CloudT Pro environment. Clients have an independent working environment, having at their disposal all the necessary functions of the CloudT Pro application.
The login of customers to CloudT Pro is always done using the subdomain you chose during your registration (e.g. https://velivasakis. cloudt.gr)
Example:
If the accountant's last name is "Velivasakis", and the sub-domain "velivasakis" is selected, customers will use the following address to access the Online Accountant:
Adding a customer
Add your accounting firm's clients to the CloudT Pro application through the client add form.
In case you have reached the available user limit of your plan, the system will inform you that you cannot create additional users and will refer you to the Subscription Manager(billing.cloudt.gr) to manage your subscription plan.
Deleting a customer is an irreversible action and we recommend that it is used with caution as all information related to the customer is deleted.
