What are the contacts

Contacts in the CloudT Pro application are defined as the clients of your accounting office (individual, natural or legal person), to whom you have not given access to the platform.


The "Contacts" user category concerns the clients of your accounting office (individuals, natural or legal persons), who you have chosen not to have access to the CloudT Pro environment. The only automatic interaction of your accounting office with a contact is only if you choose to send the contact the cash account transaction or the progress of a task concerning the contact.

All other tasks related to a contact are internal processes of your Online Accounting (Contracts, Tasks, Codes)

Contacts do not occupy a user position from the available licenses of the subscription plan you have selected.

Unlimited contacts can be registered, at no cost.

Change contact to customer

You cannot convert a contact to a customer, as contacts are not considered users of the CloudT Pro platform. The process of converting a contact to a customer essentially requires you to do the customer add process from the beginning, then copy all the contact's data and delete the original contact.


Delete contact

CAUTION: Deleting the contact is an irreversible action.

Once you delete the contact, everything related to it will be deleted, such as the tasks that have been completed or the financial transactions of the accounting department with the contact.
