myDATA / Publisher & Recipient

In detail, all your clients' revenues & expenses that have been transferred to myData

Whether you choose the"Issuer" or"Recipient" section, the process and functions are identical.

To start your search you need to:

  • Select a trader and
  • Period of time

Optionally you can in the filters to enter:

  • Contractor's VAT number (optional)
  • Document type (optional)

If the most recent results are not automatically displayed during your initial login, synchronisation with the myData platform is required. Please select the"Synchronisation" button.


After your search filters are completed, the table with the list of documents will be updated with all the relevant documents of the customer.

✅ After entering the filters and viewing the desired results, you can select the "Export Excel" button and download the results in Excel format.


By clicking on any of the documents you can see details such as:

  • Publisher Information
  • Information on the recipient
  • Type of document
  • Documentary data
  • Registered files

Registered file

With each document that has been transmitted to myData, whether it is an income or an expense, your customers have the option to upload attachments, which will be linked to the document.

If they have uploaded files to the document, then the table will show the following indication of a registered file:
