Sales
This section displays all the documents that your customers transmit to myDATA via cloudt.PRO.
The"Sales" section displays all the documents and all the information you need. In this way you have directly and effortlessly all your customers' documents correctly electronic, correctly archived with easy searchability.
To view your customers' sales documents:
- You choose a trader
- Select range (optional)
- Select the time interval you wish
You will then be shown a table with all the vouchers by date.
The data displayed in the table are:
- Title and mark of document
- Customer
- Date of
- Net value
- VAT
- Total
- Withdrawals
- Payment amount
- Correspondent
The moment the document gets the mark from myDATA, it simultaneously appears in the sales list of your customers.
To view the details of a document, select the "View" icon from the actions column.
This section shows the details of the document. There is also the possibility to view and download the file in PDF format.
The documents are displayed in their original form, so there is no need for customers to bring them to you on paper or for you to print them.
