Contracts

With the use of contracts you have your entire customer list organized while all your customers' charges are automatically generated.


To register a new contract, fill in the new contract form that you will find from Menu-> Contracts-> Create.

Mandatory entry fields:

  • Payment amount

The amount you want to be charged consistently and repeatedly on your customer/contact tab.

  • Start of contract

The start of the contract defines the month in which the first charge will be made. A contract may be retroactive or prospective.

  • Period

If your customer is charged per month or per year

  • Create in

If you want your customer to be billed on the first of every month, select ''Start every period''. Otherwise select 'End of each period'.

  • Customer/contact

Click "Create" to complete the entry or "Save and add new" if you want to continue to create a new contract.


Additional contract entry form data:

- Archives: Ability to enter a contract or agreement file.

- Draft/Final: A ''draft'' contract does not generate charges but is subject to editing and corrections. To start generating charges it must always be 'Final'. In the final contract the only editable part is the amount.


The contracts section also displays the tables:

Expired Contracts, from there you can view, in order to delete the associated transactions, or the contract.

Conventions expire in order to update them.

All Contracts, where you can see active/expired contracts as well as final contracts or drafts.

To delete the associated transactions, you must first delete the contract itself.
