Complete cash control of your accounting office, with a view of the latest cash movements and details of each cash flow.
Filters allow you to set:
- The desired time interval
- Customer
- Contact
- Type of transaction
- Views per page
The summary table at the top of the page entitled "Total Cash" shows at a glance the total debits and credits, as well as the net financial balance in your account.
Transaction entry
To register a new transaction, select "Create" and then fill in:
- Type of transaction
- Date of transaction
- Amount
- Description (optional)
- Payment method
- Customer / Contact (If requested)
- Select Create or Add new in case of a new entry
Transaction actions
For each cash transaction entry, you have the ability to view, edit, delete and create a collection receipt.
When a receipt is created, the file is automatically downloaded, while the customer receives the receipt in an email and from there he can download the file.
To create a collection receipt:
- Click "View" on the transaction you wish to view
- Open the "Action Selection"
- Select "Create a collection receipt"
- Press the execute button "▶"
- Check/Fill in user email
- Tap "Perform action"
You can also perform the same action from the cashier's panel by clicking on "Create a receipt" and repeat the same steps.
Categories of transactions
Type: Set the correct transaction type, e.g. When you receive money from your customers you create a deposit. For cases of outflow of money from your treasury you create a withdrawal and more specifically a withdrawal for operating expenses when it concerns office expenses.
Date of transaction: The date the transaction took place
Amount: The amount of the transaction
Description: Comments you may want to have on this transaction
Payment method: Choose cash or other payment method
Customer / Contact: you select your trader from the Contacts or Customers list.
Cashier overview per customer/contact
From the transaction tables, if you select a user, you can view the Client/Contact tab, and review the cash register by date, as well as export the information to a .pdf file.
Realising the sensitive nature of financial management, centralised access to the fund is solely the responsibility of the super admin, who decides which administrators will have access to the cash accounting data, as well as the type of access.
