What are the Managers
Administrators are the employees of your accounting office who have access to the CloudT Pro application.
Each administrator occupies a user position from the available ones in the subscription plan you have selected.
The list of administrators contains useful aggregated information about your administrators' action history, such as their last login to the platform or their interaction with key emails(e.g. whether the administrator has received and read their welcome email and whether they have set a password)
To find your list of administrators:
- Go to "Menu"
- Select "Settings"
- Click "Administrators"
Adding an administrator
Add your accounting office employees as administrators, through the add an administrator form .
In case you have reached the available user limit of your plan, the system will inform you that you cannot create additional users and will refer you to the Subscription Manager(billing.cloudt.gr) to manage your subscription plan.
