Updating tasks
You can easily and quickly send automated updates, via email, to your customers about their ongoing tasks.
Start of work
During the process of entering a new job to be implemented for a client, there is a "Client Notifications" field at the end of the form. Select this to immediately notify the client/contact, via email, of the start of the work for them, by the accounting department.
Completion of work
If the "Client Notifications" field is selected in the previous step, your client will be automatically notified when the accounting administrator completes the task.
The details shown in the email newsletter for a job are:
- Working condition
- Title
- Creation date
- Deadline
- Job manager (accounting manager)
- Job creator
- Customer/contact name
- Job category
- Working condition
- Project in which it is included
The basic requirement for customers/contacts to receive updates is that you have correctly entered their email address.
